Support the Director, Consumer and New Business Channels - Emerging Asia and EA team members in developing strategies and programs that build the relevance and value of the company solutions in the EA region.
Define and drive the digital strategy for the company in the EA region.
Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability.
Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results.
Establish and maintain an end-to-end project view, coupled with regional commercial knowledge to confidently prioritise amongst competing priorities and ultimately deliver programs that support the business needs.
Develop, plan and execute digitalised campaigns and toolkits to support launches and ongoing channel brand promotion.
Working closely with professional and consumer teams in the region to support their brand and portfolio communication prerogatives, acting as consultant and implementation arm.
Manage projects within budget from concept to production.
Follow-up tasks, issues and people to ensure deadlines are met.
Manage changes to projects, informing stakeholders (within the department and regionally as appropriate), negotiating positive outcomes when possible.
Provide regular communication of project status to business and departmental stakeholders.
Any projects as assigned from time to time.
Ensure that projects are run in line with the company quality system.
A good mix of 8 to 10 years regional digital marketing + traditional/consumer/Channel/Brand marketing exp.
Preferably with a mix of in-house and external agency exp.
Portfolio mix – Strategic (50%) + Execution (50%).
He/she will source/appoint & work with an external agency to roll out master plan.
He/she should have experience in brand/consumer marketing, creating brand story and proposition, ensure consistent messaging across EA and global.
The Digital lead will work with the Subject Matter Expert (Respective EA country marketing SME) to execute/champion the consumer marketing activities/workshops/campaigns and online consumer platforms such as Lazada, Amazon.
He/she should have experience in social media marketing/content marketing (eg Facebook).
He/she works closely with internal stakeholders such as Channel Marketing/Sales Manager, Digital Marketing team in Sydney.
