Work on means to reduce rework and cost of non-quality.
Drive doing it right the first time concept.
Carry out first level failure analysis on manufacturing induced mistakes, identify root cause within time frame stipulated in the annual scorecards.
Interact closely with the Supply Chain and Product/Test/Manufacturing/Design Engineering teams as well as the NPI engineering teams.
Develop, implement and monitor metrics to measure customer satisfaction.
Work on innovative means to raise awareness of key documents, policies and procedures among Management, Engineering and Operations, Supplier.
Benchmark wherever possible with similar operations internally and externally and encourage GMO to consider best practice for improving quality, reliability and Customer Experience.
Participate actively in discussions and modification, addition, deletion of process steps and ensure that it fits into a streamlined process flow.
Requirements
Engineering Degree.
Minimum 12 experience in Semiconductor A&T Quality and Reliability.
Experience in managing QMS including Customer Quality, Supplier Quality, Document Control and Product Compliance engineering teams.
Solid understanding of ISO, TS16949 certifications with a preference for certification in ISO/TS, Audits.
Prior experience in coordinating customer audits and leading routine supplier audits.
