Job description

  • Work on means to reduce rework and cost of non-quality.

  • Drive doing it right the first time concept.

  • Carry out first level failure analysis on manufacturing induced mistakes, identify root cause within time frame stipulated in the annual scorecards.

  • Interact closely with the Supply Chain and Product/Test/Manufacturing/Design Engineering teams as well as the NPI engineering teams.

  • Develop, implement and monitor metrics to measure customer satisfaction.

  • Work on innovative means to raise awareness of key documents, policies and procedures among Management, Engineering and Operations, Supplier.

  • Benchmark wherever possible with similar operations internally and externally and encourage GMO to consider best practice for improving quality, reliability and Customer Experience.

  • Participate actively in discussions and modification, addition, deletion of process steps and ensure that it fits into a streamlined process flow.


  • Engineering Degree.

  • Minimum 12 experience in Semiconductor A&T Quality and Reliability.

  • Experience in managing QMS including Customer Quality, Supplier Quality, Document Control and Product Compliance engineering teams.

  • Solid understanding of ISO, TS16949 certifications with a preference for certification in ISO/TS, Audits.

  • Prior experience in coordinating customer audits and leading routine supplier audits.
