
Job description
Review production planning data to ensure key infrastructure and utilities services supply capacities meet production demands.
Process requests, verify problems & challenges, sorting out solutions and engaging internal technical team and/or vendors to implement the solutions.

Ensure that all facilities maintenance activities are planned and execute via oneSAP / PM.
Communicate with the team constantly on process changes and version upgrades.
Â
Execute re-layouts to meet agreed timeline and budgets with speed, agility, quality, and cost in check.
Effectively manage various significant energy & resources consumption areas, tapping on new technologies & available means.
Keep in line with company's carbon neutrality objectives; provide technical advice and support for AP projects.
Actively be part of the global governance projects for synergies and BPIs.
Review current operations, initiate programs and activities that would ensure higher efficient levels of operating efficiencies.

Manage periodic reporting to department and management on status of all key activities

Ensure compliance to all legal obligations and corporate derived rules and regulations
Â
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electronic / Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
Managed big infrastructure projects (new or upgrades) in some key areas such as HT/LT distribution, CDA, Chiller / other related facilities infra system.
Â
Experienced in statistical tools and good problem-solving knowhow.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
Â
A proactive mindset and constantly drive value through innovation.
Dedicated to ambitious targets, strong ability to manage risks and complex situations.
