Job description
Lead MOCVD / VCSEL epitaxy growth processes.
Process improvements for high volume manufacturing using SPC, DOE, lean manufacturing and/or six sigma etc.
Requirements
Degree / Master's / PhD in Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics or other relevant engineering discipline.
Min. 10 years of epitaxy experience (research/industry).
Knowledge in epitaxy metrology tools such as PL, XRD, ECV, EL and Hall.
Ability to co-work well in a global cross functional team environment.
Strong background on compound semiconductor physics is a plus.
