Job description
Be a part of Etch Unit Module Development (UMD) and support technical responsibilities of module managers, and nurturing talents.
Oversee the development and transfer of new etching processes in each module.
Lead initiatives to enhance etching processes, concentrating on improving yield and reducing defects.
Provide technical leadership by guiding the etching process team in each module.
Demonstrate expertise and broad knowledge in etching, gaining recognition as a key authority.
Contribute to advancing technologies and elevating the company’s technical position.
Address complex etching problems with innovative solutions, establish problem-solving methodologies, and promote innovation.
Lead impactful multidisciplinary projects in etching processes.
Hold a leading role as inventor of patents and publications with citations.
Requirements
PhD/Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience in wafer fabrication industry
Extensive expertise in technologies, contributing to market strategy and ensuring customer acceptance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient analytical and project management skills
