Job description
Lead the facilities function for a large manufacturing site, covering facility operations, maintenance, utilities, infrastructure, projects and capacity planning.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee site facilities operations and external service providers.
Manage mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, wastewater and cleanroom systems.
Support manufacturing expansion through space and utility capacity planning.
Manage facilities projects, budgets, contracts and maintenance programs.
Drive equipment reliability, cost optimization and continuous improvement.
Lead a team of Facilities Engineers and Technicians.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 10 years of facilities engineering/management experience.
Experience in large-scale manufacturing; cleanroom exposure preferred.
Strong knowledge of facility utilities and building systems.
Proven leadership, project management and stakeholder management skills.
