Job description
Oversee design, site planning, construction, remodels, building code and regulatory compliance, day-to-day operation, and maintenance of equipment, systems and structures.
Plan budget including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs and schedule facility modifications.
Develop organizational policies relevant to the facilities department.
Provide periodic department updates to review current status and future goals and objectives.
Oversee the coordination of building space allocation and layout and facilities expansion.
Establish and oversee environmental, health and safety (EHS) standards.
Identify, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the facilities function.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciple or related disciple.
10 years of semiconductor / cleanroom environment, with managerial experience.
Broad understanding of facility operations, engineering & construction, with a focus on mechanical aspect of operations.
