Job description

  • Oversee design, site planning, construction, remodels, building code and regulatory compliance, day-to-day operation, and maintenance of equipment, systems and structures.

  • Plan budget including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs and schedule facility modifications.

  • Develop organizational policies relevant to the facilities department.

  • Provide periodic department updates to review current status and future goals and objectives.

  • Oversee the coordination of building space allocation and layout and facilities expansion.

  • Establish and oversee environmental, health and safety (EHS) standards.

  • Identify, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the facilities function.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciple or related disciple.

  • 10 years of semiconductor / cleanroom environment, with managerial experience.

  • Broad understanding of facility operations, engineering & construction, with a focus on mechanical aspect of operations.
