Job description
Our client is looking for a Field Engineer to deliver frontline technical support and service excellence for advanced industrial systems at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex equipment in the field.
Provide hands-on support and technical solutions to clients.
Track service performance and escalate recurring issues.
Coordinate equipment logistics and service schedules.
Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and support teams.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics).
Experience with technical fieldwork; semiconductor exposure is a bonus.
Flexible, independent, and client-focused.
