Job description
Evaluation and execution of M&A and investment opportunities.
Performing valuation and returns analysis and transaction due diligence.
Preparation of investment memos for transaction approval from board.
Negotiation of transaction documentation including sales and purchase agreements and other legal items, deal structuring and other transaction related matters.
Co-ordinating and executing post-acquisition integration plans.
Analysis of industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance to support C-level decision making.
Requirements
Prior experience in Big 4 Accounting firm, Investment Bank or Private Equity firm.
Experience in M&A, taxation and compliance with a focus on the China Market.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Excellent analytical skills and effective presentation skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and react to changing priorities.
Strong analytical, problem solving skills and resourceful.
