Develop plan and execute product and solutions road map
Map and execute go-to-market strategy for global markets.
Develop effective go to market channels globally, i.e. Reseller channels, direct sales, distributors.
Manage marketing communication and continue to strengthen the brand value.
Manage all key account customer relationship.
Manage and develop global sales and support organization.
Manage and meet financial goals.
Identify new opportunities in terms of solutions or products with at least one to two impactful product ideas a year.
Hire & build a strong business development team to grow appropriate customer base & manage this as a business with effective business plans to ensure financial & operational goals are met, including driving the sales target.
Requirements
Minimum qualification of Bachelor or Masters' Degree in Engineering Disciplines.
Familiarity with global industry domains e.g. IoT, IT & embedded systems etc.
Managed large business entity at a senior level for at least 3 years.
Understand the eco systems from product development, market segments, sales channels, end users requirements.
Comprehensive knowledge of ODM Sales Channels to OEMS.
