Job description
Leads regional finance strategy, operations, and governance to support business growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute financial and operational strategies
• Advise leadership on financial, operational, and investment decisions
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and governance frameworks
• Manage financial, operational, and regulatory risks
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, and capital structure management
• Drive financial transformation and process improvements
• Lead tax strategy and regulatory compliance
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team
Requirements
• Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are advantageous
• At least 10 years of finance experience, including leadership roles
• Experience working in multinational or regional environments
• Strong expertise in financial systems, modelling, and reporting
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage complex environments and work under pressure
