Job description

Assist the Plant General Manager in nurturing a unique corporate culture.
Provide leadership in HR resource planning with clear deliverables (metrics).
Assess the HR capability versus ability to meet critical business goals.
Establish and execute strategies to fill any gap for continuous improvement.
Develop and implement retention strategy that ensures the organizations’ ability to attract, develop, retain and fully leverage the talent needed to achieve sustainable competitive advantage and employee satisfaction.
Initiate training and development programs to provide advice, counsel, and coaching to the business leaders and employee populations.
Understand HR policies and procedures and ensure the site is in compliances with the standards (regulatory & corporate).
Implement Global Performance Assessment programs and develop succession plans for key roles in the plant.
As a member of the leadership team of the plant, participate in the development and execution of key business strategies.
Support the expansion of the company from human resources perspective.

Requirements

Able to handle delicate communication in an effective way in a matrix management structure.
Experiences in working with line managers to develop in-house or outsource training programs to grow the company’s people.
Able to design schemes and programs to build a culture that promotes people, relationships and meritocracy to develop the full potential of the company’s staff.
Experience in managing the human resources function amenable for a company sized to grow to 800 - 1000 people.
