
Job description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function for a newly established manufacturing facility in Bac Ninh. This role will play a critical part in supporting factory start-up activities and building a strong HR foundation to support long-term operations.The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, policy development, employee relations, compliance, and daily HR operations to ensure a productive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Factory Start-Up HR
Support manpower planning and workforce ramp-up for new factory operations
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks aligned with local labor laws
Establish HR processes, systems, and documentation for a new site
Partner with leadership on organizational design and talent planning
Recruitment & Talent Management
Lead hiring efforts for production, technical, and administrative roles
Manage recruitment channels, agencies, and employer branding initiatives
Support onboarding and training programs for new hires
HR Operations
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, attendance, and leave management
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Ensure timely and smooth execution of daily HR processes
Employee Relations
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees
Handle disciplinary matters, grievance management, and conflict resolution
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with Vietnam labor laws and statutory regulations
Liaise with government authorities when required
Monitor HR practices to minimize legal and operational risks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
8–12+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing environments
Prior experience supporting factory set-ups or greenfield projects is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law and statutory requirements
Proven experience managing full-spectrum HR operations
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English
