Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function for a newly established manufacturing facility in Bac Ninh. This role will play a critical part in supporting factory start-up activities and building a strong HR foundation to support long-term operations.The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, policy development, employee relations, compliance, and daily HR operations to ensure a productive and compliant workplace.


Key Responsibilities


Factory Start-Up HR

  • Support manpower planning and workforce ramp-up for new factory operations

  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks aligned with local labor laws

  • Establish HR processes, systems, and documentation for a new site

  • Partner with leadership on organizational design and talent planning

Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Lead hiring efforts for production, technical, and administrative roles

  • Manage recruitment channels, agencies, and employer branding initiatives

  • Support onboarding and training programs for new hires

HR Operations

  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, attendance, and leave management

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

  • Ensure timely and smooth execution of daily HR processes

Employee Relations

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees

  • Handle disciplinary matters, grievance management, and conflict resolution

  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with Vietnam labor laws and statutory regulations

  • Liaise with government authorities when required

  • Monitor HR practices to minimize legal and operational risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 8–12+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing environments

  • Prior experience supporting factory set-ups or greenfield projects is highly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law and statutory requirements

  • Proven experience managing full-spectrum HR operations

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment

  • Proficiency in Vietnamese and English
