Job description

  • Oversee HR Shared Services /HR Operations with a team of employee shared services on day to day operations such as new hire onboarding, staff induction, employee health insurance, workmen compensation, medical claims, employee benefits, HR policies, payroll administration, IRAS, CPF, expatriate administration and employee surveys.

  • Analyze, design, implement, and report on all compensation, incentive, and benefit plans, programs and policies.

  • Develop and manage a robust compensation and benefits structure that aligns with business goals.

  • Formulate and review pay policies, taking into consideration salary benchmarks, remuneration mix and calibration principles for both short-term and long term incentive schemes including share options/ RSU plans.

  • Manage the recurring processes, including the Annual Compensation Review process, salary planning and budgeting; including market and salary adjustments, promotions, bonus payments and merit reviews in view of performance trends.

  • Stay apprised of industry trends and identify opportunities for enhancement to existing policies, practices and plans.


  • Degree qualified with 5-6 years in Compensation & Benefits.

  • Managed a team of HR shared service team including payroll administration.

  • Highly analytical, meticulous and excellent statistical skills and strong writing skills.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build connections with stakeholders.
