Job description

Our client is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support the design and delivery of reward strategies that align with business goals and employee needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee compensation frameworks and benefits policies.

  • Benchmark market data to maintain competitive remuneration structures.

  • Liaise with payroll and finance teams for accuracy in execution.

  • Contribute to internal policy development and compliance reporting.

  • Generate insights to support HR planning and budgeting.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Business, or similar.

  • Hands-on experience in C&B operations.

  • Analytical thinker with strong stakeholder skills.
