Our client is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support the design and delivery of reward strategies that align with business goals and employee needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee compensation frameworks and benefits policies.
Benchmark market data to maintain competitive remuneration structures.
Liaise with payroll and finance teams for accuracy in execution.
Contribute to internal policy development and compliance reporting.
Generate insights to support HR planning and budgeting.
Requirements
Degree in HR, Business, or similar.
Hands-on experience in C&B operations.
Analytical thinker with strong stakeholder skills.
