Job description

Acts as strategic HR partner to senior leadership, translating business priorities into people-strategy across a global manufacturing organization. 

Key responsibilities

  • Shape and execute HR strategy covering workforce planning, succession, talent, rewards and engagement.

  • Advise executives on culture, organizational design and performance management.

  • Lead HR service delivery, metrics-driven decision-making and leadership-development programs; coach HR team. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Organizational Development or Business.

  • 10 + years progressive HR experience with ≥5 years in strategic HRBP or leadership role.

  • Strong business acumen, data-driven mindset and stakeholder-management skills; manufacturing/high-tech background preferred.
