Job description
Acts as strategic HR partner to senior leadership, translating business priorities into people-strategy across a global manufacturing organization.Â
Key responsibilities
Shape and execute HR strategy covering workforce planning, succession, talent, rewards and engagement.
Advise executives on culture, organizational design and performance management.
Lead HR service delivery, metrics-driven decision-making and leadership-development programs; coach HR team.Â
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Organizational Development or Business.
10 + years progressive HR experience with ≥5 years in strategic HRBP or leadership role.
Strong business acumen, data-driven mindset and stakeholder-management skills; manufacturing/high-tech background preferred.Â
