Job description
Accountable to develop and introduce products and technologies according to Customer Requirement Specification and meeting relevant quality and cost targets to support the BG Analog & Logic IC’s product portfolio.
Accountable for building, recruitment, appraisal, coaching & training of direct reports.
Contributes to product roadmaps and identifies competencies needed.
Accountable for definition of required Nexperia internal partners, tools & resources to execute
product roadmaps, interfacing to internal and external development partners.
Responsible to drive improvement activities in the design process.
Responsible to drive project portfolio and resource management process for product
development projects to create the project pipeline for own project portfolio.
Responsible to provide first level management support for projects of agreed project portfolio
(escalation, consulting).
Responsible to collect competitor information concerning products in own portfolio and to
propose new solutions.
Accountable to provide product know how.
Accountable to suggest and influence innovative products and product enhancements to better meet customer / consumer needs.
Requirements
Education typically in Semiconductor Device Physics or Technology, and/or Microelectronics.
More than 7 years of relevant experience in semiconductor IC design environment.
Profound understanding of semiconductor technology in the Power Management IC.
Project and program management skills (e.g. planning and execution, risk management, facilitation techniques, stakeholder management).
Understanding of IC design tools.
Capability to lead people.
Demonstrating customer obsession, owners mindset, exemplifying engagement, building winning teams, removing obstacles, and critical judgement strong communication and networking skills.
