
Job description
Build good industrial relations by working closely with union and business stakeholders.
Develop collective agreement negotiations strategy driving towards successful outcomes.
Plan and manage labour relations programmes through union-management dialogues and annual union-management seminar.
Manage union negotiations on related union matters to achieve positive resolutions.
Handle disciplinary/grievance matters and ensure processes are adhered to.
Requirements
A minimum of 15 years’ experience in an Industrial Relations role.
A good university degree.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sound knowledge of Singapore employment laws & regulations, market practices and general business environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
IT savvy and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
