Job description
Develop and implement effective strategies, programs and communications to cultivate and nurture relationships with the investment community, analysts and shareholders through private and group meetings, investor conferences and results briefings, etc.
Manage the effectiveness of various communications & touchpoints to provide appropriate information on performance and plans. Provide feedback and insight to senior management on investors, analysts & shareholders’ sentiment and industry conditions.
Work with CEO and CFO to develop, establish and maintain relationships with both existing and targeted new institutional investors, analysts and shareholders.
Requirements
Min Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Public relations, Communications, or equivalent with at least 6-8 years of experience in investors relations.
