Job description

  • Manages, enhances and communicates company’s learning and development governance framework to support staff development.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key business leaders/stakeholders and to also work with vendors and business partners to deploy effective engagement.

  • Lead efforts in re-designing and managing the talent acquisition systems, using effective data analytics.

  • Incorporate research and benchmarks into the company’s learning strategy.

  • Formalize the annual training plan, manage the training budget and oversee the relevant modules.

  • Facilitate training programs and identifying potential materials for the pipeline.


  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of experience in HR, learning & development.

  • Keen interest in people’s matters.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Able to handle ambiguous situations well and be highly adaptable.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, able to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
