Manages, enhances and communicates company’s learning and development governance framework to support staff development.
Maintain strong relationships with key business leaders/stakeholders and to also work with vendors and business partners to deploy effective engagement.
Lead efforts in re-designing and managing the talent acquisition systems, using effective data analytics.
Incorporate research and benchmarks into the company’s learning strategy.
Formalize the annual training plan, manage the training budget and oversee the relevant modules.
Facilitate training programs and identifying potential materials for the pipeline.
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of experience in HR, learning & development.
Keen interest in people’s matters.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to handle ambiguous situations well and be highly adaptable.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team, able to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
