Dedicate Unit Module Development efforts to propel lithography scanner technology forward, supporting module managers with technical expertise and mentoring emerging talents. Take the lead in implementing seamless processes across modules, emphasizing integration.
Drive initiatives to enhance lithography processes, focusing on system performance and defect reduction.
Provide technical leadership by guiding the lithography team, demonstrating mastery in the field. Mentor experienced staff and lead cross-functional teams in lithography scanning across various sites.
Contribute to advancing the state of the art in lithography scanning, solving complex problems with innovative approaches, and establishing methodologies for the organization.
Hold a leading role as inventor of patents and publications with citations.
Requirements
PhD/Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience in wafer fabrication industry
Extensive expertise in technologies, contributing to market strategy and ensuring customer acceptance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient analytical and project management skills
