Job description
Litho Track UMD Unit Module development and improvement, supporting technical responsibilities of module managers, and delivering training to emerging talents within the lithography track.
Take charge of new process development and transfer within the lithography track module.
Lead process improvement initiatives, with a specific emphasis on enhancing yield and reducing defect density in the lithography track.
Contribute to advancing the state of the art in lithography and enhancing the company’s technical position.
Solve intricate problems with cutting-edge approaches, establish and teach problem-solving methodologies, and champion innovation across the organization.
Hold a leading role as inventor of patents and publications with citations.
Requirements
PhD/Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience in wafer fabrication industry
Extensive expertise in technologies, contributing to market strategy and ensuring customer acceptance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient analytical and project management skills
