Job description
Manage the Profit & Loss for Lithography module.
Drive improvement indices in terms of quality, cost, productivity and yield.
Drive excellence in terms of planning, execution and controls.
Set goals and KPIs and ensure communication of direction to the ground level.
Manage production cycle time, work in progress (WIP) and inventory.
Establish and maintain strategic partnership with key customers and subcontractors. Ensure product delivery fulfil customers’ requirements.
Plan and forecast annual capital and expense budgeting, ensuring individual department P&L stays within budget.
Plan and execute career development goals, training and succession for employees.
Establish new business opportunities to ensure the continuity of operations.
Requirements
Degree / Masters / PhD in Engineering
10 years of Lithography experience.
Good leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
