Job description
Overview: We are looking for an experienced Lithography Equipment Manager to oversee the field services operations, ensuring that all commitments related to uptime, installations, and upgrades of lithography equipment are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Uptime & Performance: Ensure that performance goals for lithography equipment are consistently met by effectively managing resources and promptly addressing escalations.
Scheduling & Project Management: Coordinate installation and upgrade schedules, ensuring all timelines are adhered to and project milestones are achieved.
Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all site-related communications, ensuring clear and timely information flow between Company, the customer, and the field services team.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all team members comply with site standards and requirements.
Team Coordination: Manage the scheduling and deployment of field service personnel, leading twice-daily status updates with customers and conducting weekly review meetings with engineering teams.
Training & Development: Lead the training and development of local Field Service Engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to support the equipment.
Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor and manage site inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment of critical supplies.
Operational Leadership: Participate in monthly Operations Committee meetings, manage overtime scheduling, and oversee site operational margins.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry managing a team of 5 or more.
Proven ability to build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.
Strong collaborative and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across various functional groups.
