Job description

  • Develop, manage and lead partnerships to bring our products to the consumer market in the most relevant and effective manner.

  • Leverage these effective partnerships to achieve exponential growth in acquisition and monetization.

  • Build relationship with existing partners and establish a pipeline of new partners.

  • Negotiate and close deals.

  • Pilot and validate new partnership ideas and business models.

  • Monitor and optimise partnership deals to maximise engagement and overall ROI.

  • Partner with product owners to integrate partners onto our platform in order to realise the value of these partnerships.


  • 5-7 years of business development experience in consumer internet space of technology, commerce or lifestyle brands.

  • BA/BS degree and/or MBA qualification

  • Direct experience building partnerships from inception through to execution with solid know-how of structuring different partnership commercial models.

  • Ability to drive projects and teams, cross organizationally, realizing high quality, well communicated, predictable outcomes.

  • Proven team member who can create a trusted relationship/partnership with sales, engineering, and product teams, as well as customers and partners.

  • Self-motivated with a true passion for building new businesses and willing to approach projects with a can-do attitude.

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills

  • Excellent listening, oral and written communication/presentation skills.
