Deliver efficient and effective regional payroll service.
Implement and roll-out standardize payroll processes for multiple entities across Asia.
Partnering with stakeholders to build a robust HR Shared Services payroll roadmap, streamlining and transitioning all payroll processes into HR Shared Services.
Drive continuous improvement activities across the payroll team and processes.
Provide thorough review and analysis, accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for APAC countries, and liaise with payroll vendors (where applicable).
Regularly review and agree SLAs with BUs in the region.
Lead monthly & year-end activities and payment reconciliation with local government agencies.
Degree or equivalent, preferably in HR / Business.
7 years of experience, 2-3 years of managerial experience.
Familiarity in computer applications such as SAP and Prosoft.
Experience in HRIS integration, payroll transition and project management.
