Job description

Lead the Operation, Technical and Learning Management system for workforce and deliver the required expectation by the organization with regards to Training, Serve as the single point of contact for process related activities and communications for a given Site Managed [SM] location. Responsible for coordinating and hosting business process review and for demonstrating compliance for the applicable process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Is an active member in business process review and improvement discussions among the site and the System Level Process team.

  • Responsible for introducing standard methods and deploying standard tools to their site.

  • Accountable for coordinating site business process review and demonstrating compliance to standards.

  • Act as the point of contact for bi-directional process communication (between System Level Process Owner and local site).

  • Develop and maintain site specific process artifacts

  • Report process performance to site management.

  • Work with the System Level Process owner to lead site level risk, including use of the RBT App as the need arises.

  • Maintain local procedure, workflow, checklists as job aids for the performers.

  • Lead deployment of customer requirements as defined and approved by the process owner.

  • Responsible for deployment of customer requirements at respective site as agreed and approved by the SLPO.


  • Qualification in Business/Management/Human resources/IT or relevant field with Professional qualification as certified Trainer like TIT, CPD and others would be advantages.

  • Minimum 10 years shown work experience. Experienced working in Training department with background from Operations, Manufacturing.

  • Track record in crafting and driving successful training programs.

  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.).

  • Experience from electronics manufacturing sector will be added advantages.
