Job description
We are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee a large manufacturing team. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production while supporting the organization’s shift toward advanced manufacturing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a sizable production workforce, including managers, engineers, and operators, to deliver on business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize workforce, equipment, materials, and processes for maximum efficiency.
Drive initiatives that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.
Identify and resolve issues related to workflow, equipment, and product quality.
Oversee people development, performance management, and departmental budgets.
Establish and maintain systems for quality assurance and compliance with standards.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Strengthen coordination and collaboration with supporting functions.
Advance smart manufacturing practices through automation, digitalization, and data-driven initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years’ leadership experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a similar high-tech environment.
Strong expertise in production management, manufacturing processes, and operational excellence.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large teams and influence across functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and team development
