Job description
Manage a team of Productions Supervisors who oversees the respective shifts of production assistants.
Drive fulfillment of pack out quantity against loading plan. Ensure yield and quality targets are met together with Engineering & Quality department yields.
Plan resources acutely to support engineering builds till production ramp manage cost.
Efficient planning of production resources to support production ramp.
Support and execute Management objectives to achieve operational excellence.
Management of production resources to make sure all are trained, follow work instructions and maintain a high level of motivation and discipline within the production teams.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years of managerial working experiences in similar capacity, preferably from Semiconductor or Manufacturing industry.
Meticulous with strong analytical skills.
Possess good people management skill.
