Lead site wide improvement initiatives//standardization.
Transfer and ramp the process from R&D to HVM.
Achieve all aspects of safety, quality, output capability and cost.
Drive sustainable improvements and closure of manufacturability gap.
Liaise with respective teams in delivering strategy program from mid to long term for DFM and cost.
Customer fronting and ensure prompt and accurate communication.
Govern manufacturing system changes/new system deployment, cycle time model, mixing assessment/control, UPH/HPU expectation.
Bachelors / Masters in Engineering or related discipline.
Min. 10 years of related manufacturing/process engineering experience in semiconductor industry, with prior people management experience.
Strong familiarity with ongoing manufacturing process/system development and deployment, process development and technology transfers, and project/program management.
Experience in PROMIS, SYSTEMA, CAMLITE, DOE, FMEA, 8D, Control plan, SMED, Poka-Yoka, and SAP.
Ability to lead and resolve mega/complex manufacturing projects and issues.
Leadership in global or regional is an added advantage.
