Job description
Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities
Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
Responsible for adapting a brand strategy for a company's target marketÂ
Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short to long term
Creating and managing all marketing materials and promotional collateral to establish and maintain company/product branding and direction
Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages
Joint work with Sales/FAE teams and respective product teams in organising global tradeshow / exhibition to showcase our new product & technology; aim to create brand
awareness and new business opportunity
Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc.
Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required
Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets
Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand
Insights analysis of competitions and on market research reports
Requirements
You have a degree in Business Administration, Advertising and Marketing, Engineering, or a related field and/or have several years' demonstrable marketing communications
experience in a similar environment, prior experience from semiconductors industry will be a plus
A high degree of business acumen
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English, and fluency in Chinese language (for communication effectively with the team in China) is a strong plus
Strong knowledge of content development and SEM
High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
A clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix to create brand awareness
Strong communication and excellent relationship management skills
Thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders, with colleagues and external contacts
A strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous
Ability and willingness to travel as some international travelling is expected in this role
Both a strong team player and individual contributor; with initiative and capability to work independently
