Job description
Lead site wide yield, problem solving or data analytics improvement initiatives and standardization across all factories.
Transfer and ramp up process from R&D to HVM.
Drive improvements and closure of yield/scrap/process gaps.
Achieve all aspects of safety, quality, output capability and cost.
Partner with respective teams in delivering strategy program from mid to long term.
Customer fronting and ensure prompt and accurate communication.
Govern change control management and yield modelling/system/tools and methodology.
Requirements
Bachelors / Masters in Engineering or related discipline.
Min. 10 years of related process/yield experience in the semiconductor industry, with prior people management experience.
Hands-on in technology transfers, process development, process/defect matching, performance improvement, process windows characterization, true spec validation, and process monitoring/screen deployment.
Familiarity in PMP, Strategic Planning Tool, FMEA, 8D, Control Plan, Stats/PCS, MCA and GRnR.
Leadership in global or regional is an added advantage.
