Job description
Oversee manufacturing activities to meet targets for output, quality, and delivery.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
Support new product introductions and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with QMS, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
8+ years in electronics or high-tech manufacturing, ideally backend assembly/test.
Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, and 8D methodology.
Experience with test equipment is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Regional travel as required.
