Job description

  • Manage and develop a strong purchasing team to achieve cost targets, deadlines and budget. Implement tracking processes to ensure the achievement of the set goals.

  • Establish Strategic supply agreements with key suppliers in tight cooperation with internal customer and legal department, communicate supplier requirements, establish supplier performance criteria and conduct formal supplier reviews, manage claims/quality issues.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams/ departments to source best quality, least cost materials to support business.

  • Enable cost reduction solutions through alternative purchasing solutions, safeguarding “Design for Manufacturing”.


  • Bachelor degree with min 5-10 years of experience as manager.

  • Excellent negotiation skills.

  • Good ethics, exceptional interpersonal, problems solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure, set the right priorities and goals.
