Job description


Our client is looking for Technicians to support daily spray-painting operations in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on meeting production targets, maintaining product quality, and ensuring smooth and efficient operation of spraying processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out spray-painting activities to meet daily production targets and schedules

  • Follow standard operating instructions for machine settings and part preparation

  • Ensure all painted parts meet required quality specifications

  • Monitor spraying and mixing processes to maintain consistency and quality

  • Perform basic equipment care to keep spraying machines in good working condition

  • Verify correct materials and part numbers before processing

  • Work closely with quality teams to reduce defects and rejection rates

  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity and yield

  • Maximize machine utilization and assist in optimizing production output

  • Assist engineering teams with sample preparation for new product trials

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment aligned with 5S practices

  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality management requirements

  • Escalate issues and follow guidance from supervisors when required

Requirements

  • Basic education (primary or secondary level)

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes is an advantage

  • Familiarity with ISO 14001, IATF 16949, or similar standards is a plus

  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to standard procedures

  • Basic communication skills in English

  • Team-oriented with a responsible and disciplined work attitude

  • Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on production environment
