In charge of full suite of payroll functions for both exempt and non-exempt employees.
Maintain general ledger with regards to payroll transactions.
Generate CPF for e-submission.
Reconcile headcount & basic salary to ensure accuracy & validity.
Submit local and foreigners’ income tax clearance.
Submit maternity, paternity & child care claims and in-camp training makeup pay.
Process back charge of salary.
Consolidate overtime and headcount reports.
Oversee and participate in internal payroll and accounting audits.
Liaise with operations on overtime processes.
Manage expatriate claims and tax issues.
Provide advice to business on payroll related queries, including managing employees’ salary discrepancies, overtime trends and cost measures.
Any other project as assigned.
A degree with at least 8 years’ experience processing multi-national companies’ payroll.
Attention to details and possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines.
Ability to focus on and comprehend numerical data.
Candidates with outsourced payroll experience or experience with Prosoft Unit4 HRIS will be given priority.
