Job description

  • In charge of full suite of payroll functions for both exempt and non-exempt employees.

  • Maintain general ledger with regards to payroll transactions.

  • Generate CPF for e-submission.

  • Reconcile headcount & basic salary to ensure accuracy & validity.

  • Submit local and foreigners’ income tax clearance.

  • Submit maternity, paternity & child care claims and in-camp training makeup pay.

  • Process back charge of salary.

  • Consolidate overtime and headcount reports.

  • Oversee and participate in internal payroll and accounting audits.

  • Liaise with operations on overtime processes.

  • Manage expatriate claims and tax issues.

  • Provide advice to business on payroll related queries, including managing employees’ salary discrepancies, overtime trends and cost measures.

  • Any other project as assigned.


  • A degree with at least 8 years’ experience processing multi-national companies’ payroll.

  • Attention to details and possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to focus on and comprehend numerical data.

  • Candidates with outsourced payroll experience or experience with Prosoft Unit4 HRIS will be given priority.
