Job description
Manage assigned Product / Process Engineers per Business Unit.
Ensure smooth implementation of new project start-up, transfer, ECO, engineering run, and the associated process issue.
Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout.
Train new Engineer on procedures, ISO requirements, PCBA, and back end processes.
Ensure ECO implementation in the system is being carried accordingly, monitor ECO’s timely closure, implementation into the line and material impact disposition.
Follow up with customers on critical problems and work towards a resolution.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related disciple.
Familiarity in PCBA, Box-Build assembly process, BOM structure, ECN management, SMT process, and lean manufacturing.
