Job description
Lead Delivery Planning team with Assembly/Test sites and Business Units to meet customer demand commitment and delivery fulfilment
Design, implement and control the production schedule plan to reduce cost, increase timeliness and effectiveness
Drive resource optimization, maintain optimum material inventory, monitor production progress and overcoming threats to production schedule fulfilment
Govern, and ensure key KPI targets are met in Delivery, Speed and Productivity
Continuously improve and develop reliability, efficiency, effectiveness and competency in Planning
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business disciplines with at least over 5 years of relevant work experience in production planning & control, in the semiconductor industry
Experience working cross-functionally with Business Units, Global Supply Chain, production and Logistics
Ability to enforce and constantly strive to achieve the highest quality results with a great team spirit
Required strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
Excellent leadership, organizational and analytical skills
