Job description
Lead global CapEx planning and align investment strategies.
Lead global capacity optimization and standardize planning processes and tools.
Validate and align CapEx and capacity data with planning timelines to effectively meet projected demand.
Review, validate CapEx investments, optimize utilization and forecast accuracy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve risks in ramp-up, capacity, and supply
Ensure integrity of planning data and support strategic reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with at min. 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated strength in analysis, problem-solving, and project management, with a proactive approach and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
Effective communicator and team player across diverse, cross-functional environments.
Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) is an advantage.
