Job description
The engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive management of product quality from initial design through to high-volume production, aligning technical specifications with customer and market requirements.
Responsibilities:
Manage the integration of customer requirements into product design and manufacturing processes, ensuring technical compliance and performance specifications are met.
Lead quality assurance and validation processes, utilizing advanced data analysis and statistical tools to identify and mitigate production risks.
Initiate and manage product improvement projects, applying lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance product yield and reduce costs.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Engineering, with a specialization in Product Design, Electronics, or a related technical field.
Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in product engineering within the tech industry, particularly with electrochemical products.
Proficient in advanced statistical tools (SPC, JMP, Minitab), with a strong background in data-driven decision making and process improvement strategies.
Deep knowledge of lithium-ion design, manufacturing processes, and industry standards for quality and safety
