Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced engineer to strengthen process monitoring and quality practices in their manufacturing operations. This role focuses on applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) to achieve stable, predictable, and high-performing production processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and roll out SPC systems across key production areas.

  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to apply data-driven methods for process optimization and defect prevention.

  • Lead structured reviews of process data to identify early trends, drive timely interventions, and maintain control of critical parameters.

  • Build interactive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into process health and performance indicators.

  • Serve as the internal expert on SPC tools and methodology, coaching teams on best practices and effective adoption.

Requirements

  • A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

  • Strong technical knowledge of SPC methods and proven experience implementing them at scale.

  • Demonstrated ability to guide cross-functional teams through data analysis and process improvement initiatives.

  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capability.
