Job description

This role supports precision manufacturing by improving process performance, ensuring consistent product quality, and driving efficiency through technical analysis and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, adjust, and optimize production processes to support product performance requirements, using simulations and analytical tools to validate improvements.

  • Lead quality-focused initiatives to improve dimensional accuracy, functional performance, and overall process stability while meeting customer specifications.

  • Evaluate and enhance production performance by analyzing factors such as manpower, equipment, materials, workflow, and measurement systems.

  • Identify cost-reduction opportunities and carry out value-engineering activities to establish more efficient and cost-effective process setups.

  • Conduct problem-solving activities using statistical and technical analysis to determine root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.

  • Support automation and digitalization projects ranging from small upgrades to large-scale implementations to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and improve throughput.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with hands-on experience in 3-axis or 5-axis CNC machining.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of single-side and double-side polishing processes.

  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and NX Siemens CAD/CAM.

  • Experience in automation or project management is an advantage.
