
Job description
Oversees creation and refinement of manufacturing process flows for new products, ensuring strong yield performance and smooth transition into full-scale production.
Key Responsibilities
Lead structured improvements to yield, quality, and process efficiency using data-based methods.
Define interactions between upstream and outgoing quality processes for new product introduction.
Develop and optimize process flows and establish control plans and in-process inspection strategies.
Conduct statistical experiments and interpret results to enhance assembly outcomes.
Partner closely with design, engineering, modeling, failure analysis, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues.
Break complex challenges into actionable steps and align cross-functional teams toward solutions.
Deliver project milestones aligned to program timelines and support handover from development to production.
Requirements
Degree in mechatronics, electronics, photonics, physics, or optics with minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
Deep knowledge of semiconductor/optical manufacturing, process integration, and device physics.
Strong data analytics, metrology expertise, and structured problem-solving capability.
