Job description
Lead and manage new product line process integration in major process issues.
Lead improvements in process yield, product quality.
Develop and implement advanced process methodologies to achieve product and process KPIs.
Perform defect and failure analyses in figuring out process issue fallout.
Manage and support new product development and qualification.
Lead and coordinate process team in SPC, FMEA initiation and finalization.
Requirements
Degree in Materials /Mechanical/EE/ Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience in process development, integration and similar environment.
Knowledge of SPC/ FMEA/DOE/OCAP and other problem-solving techniques.
Solid skills and knowledge of product processes and flow, DFM, process data crunching, mapping, milling.
