Job description
Lead and manage new product line setup for SMT and BEOL processes.
Development for new product SMT and BEOL processes based on product required and DFM.
Lead improvements in process yield, quality, cycle time, and output delivery.
Develop and implement advanced processes and SMT methodologies.
Perform defect and failure analyses for Surface Mount Technology (SMT).
Manage new SMT and BEOL qualification and ramp up.
Train and lead process team to meet product and quality required.
Requirements
Degree in Materials /Mechanical/EE/ Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the SMT printed circuit board assembly industry or in a similar environment, BEOL process experience of tape reel, die sorting, pick & place etc.
Knowledge of SPC/ FMEA/DOE/OCAP and other problem-solving techniques is a must.
Solid skills and knowledge of production processes and flow, SMT process.
