Job description
Lead and provide guidance to process engineers.
Collaborate with other department in improving efficiency and increasing output.
Support new production transition and production ramp.
Optimize area of performance to align with business objective.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time .
Requirements
Bachelor/Master/PhD in Electrical/Materials/Chemical or other relevant degree with at least 8 years of experience in Semiconductor Process.
Strong Process Background in Semiconductor Assembly and Test.
Strong Knowledge in 8D, JMP or minitab, FMEA, and DOE.
