Lead and manage regional / site category teams.
Deliver overall category savings, compliance, business continuity and supplier management targets.
Support building of comprehensive category management strategy for all categories under control.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions.
Ensure a safe, compliant and ethical work environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or any related discipline.
Certificate in APICS, PMI, CPM, CPSM is a plus point.
Minimum 8 years of experience in purchasing/procurement/supply chain in the semiconductor industry.
Experience in should-cost modeling, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) concepts, and strategic sourcing process.
Experience as change agent.
