Job description
Lead and manage regional / site category teams.
Work closely with the Category leaders to establish/monitor department performance metrics and identify/implement continual improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions.
Ensure a safe, compliant and ethical work environment.
Requirements
Bachelors in Business Administration/Management/Engineering or related discipline.
Min. 8 years of procurement experience in the semiconductor industry.
Strong negotiation skills.
Knowledge in should-cost modeling, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) concepts and strategic sourcing.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications and SAP.
Experience as change agent.
CPM or CPSM Certification, or other Procurement certification preferred.
