Job description

  • Lead and manage regional / site category teams.

  • Work closely with the Category leaders to establish/monitor department performance metrics and identify/implement continual improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions.

  • Ensure a safe, compliant and ethical work environment.


  • Bachelors in Business Administration/Management/Engineering or related discipline.

  • Min. 8 years of procurement experience in the semiconductor industry.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge in should-cost modeling, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) concepts and strategic sourcing.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications and SAP.

  • Experience as change agent.

  • CPM or CPSM Certification, or other Procurement certification preferred.
