Job description

Focused on enhancing manufacturing processes, this role involves the development of novel methods and technologies for automated assembly in high-volume settings.


Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and design automated assembly processes, employing state-of-the-art CAD tools and simulation software to prototype and refine process designs.

  • Evaluate and optimize the performance of new manufacturing methods, using rigorous process validation techniques such as DFMEA and PFMEA.

  • Facilitate the scale-up of manufacturing capabilities, working closely with equipment suppliers and internal teams to ensure optimal integration and performance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemistry, with a strong technical foundation in high-volume automated systems design.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment, preferably in a role involving the integration of novel technologies into existing production lines.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in CAD and statistical analysis software, with a thorough understanding of modern manufacturing technologies and principles.
