Job description
Responsible for full lifecycle leadership of large, cross-functional programs, ensuring delivery according to scope, budget, timeline, and performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Direct execution of complex product development and industrialization programs.
Manage budget, schedule, resources, and risks across program phases.
Coordinate alignment with customers, senior management, and internal stakeholders.
Communicate program status, issues, and decision needs clearly to all levels.
Integrate efforts across R&D, process development, NPI, quality, supply chain, production, and operations.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality, cost, and performance KPIs.
Requirements
Degree in mechatronics/electronics/photonics/physics with at least 15 years leading large programs in semiconductor, electronics, automotive, or optical industries.
Strong program management background, including risk and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
